Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Point 36 Design Store.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have [14] calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and with labels intact. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and it'll need a proof of purchase.

Our return policy does not apply to self-assembly items, items that have been removed from their original packaging, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, products damaged after receipt of delivery, sale items and pre-loved items.

All electrical appliances must be in new, unused, undamaged, resalable condition with all documents, original tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, simply email us at to coordinate the return by quoting your order number. If you're unsure, please contact us for more information.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3 working days for us to notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, which will be in the form of Point36 Store Credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount that we will refund you. Point36 LLP has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that all items once sold cannot be cancelled from the order or returned once payment has been made for it.

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges, however, if you order has not been shipped out, we are able to facilitate an exchange as long as the new item will be the same price or less than the initial item.

If the item has been shipped out, then you may facilitate a return. Simply email us at to coordinate the return by quoting your order number.

Product Quality Claim
If you believe your product has a flaw, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

Though rare, there is a possibility of our product being damaged during transportation. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for sale items and pre-loved items. Our Customer Service will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

If you do not reject the item upon delivery, please email us at where we are able to provide assistance. Please note that we require images/videos as well to better assist you with regards to the defects.
